These terms apply to your use of the Northbound Car Rentals website. By using this website you agree to them.
Using this website
You may use this website to view vehicles, check availability and make direct reservations. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only after payment is verified by our payment processor and we issue a reservation confirmation. Submitting information on this website does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. Vehicle availability, pricing and delivery are subject to confirmation.
Rental agreement
Every rental is also governed by our Rental Policies and the rental agreement you accept before payment. If there is a conflict, the rental agreement you accepted controls that rental.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep vehicle details, photographs and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors and cancel a reservation affected by a material error, with a refund of amounts paid for that reservation.
Airport reference
Northbound Car Rentals is an independent local business and is not affiliated with Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. References to the airport describe delivery to an agreed pickup location only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Montana law, Northbound Car Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
